Welcoming new customers into the world of Navien

Navien came to us to help them launch their boilers in the UK. The key audience was boiler installers, because they are people who recommended boilers to their customers. So on boarding them to a Navien boiler was a vital step.

We launched the “Step into the world of Navien” campaign, which invited boiler installers to find out more about Navien boilers and the benefits they offer to their customers.


Navien’s range of boilers launched in the UK in September 2016, with promising sales. Feedback from merchants and installers has been overwhelmingly positive towards the brand, the product and the way it has been communicated. The roll out has continued into Scotland and the South East of England.
