From baijiu that snaps together like a Rubik's cube, to holy water from a garden hose.
This weeks most memorable from the world of packaging.
01 — Baijiu: Double Alcohol
Five bottles. One Rubik's cube. Line them up in the right order and they click into a single block of colour, which is the most satisfying thing a shelf has done all year. Baijiu is the best-selling spirit on the planet, and we'd bet most of you have never tried it. Packaging like this might change that. We'd buy all five. For completeness.

02 — Pisco: Otra Cosecha
Yellow. Very, very yellow. The whole label is the colour of the pisco inside it, and the lettering looks like it's melting, which, after a couple of pisco sours, is roughly how you'll feel too. No crest. No map. Just a little tag round the neck telling you it's bottle number something out of 100. Old habits. We'll allow it.

03 — Wine: MAK
This is what wine would look like if it grew up reading comics in the '90s. MAK in letters so big they wrap round the whole box, and the grape varieties scribbled on like a note to self. Designer Marios Karystios says it's for wines that "refuse to blend on the shelves". Consider it refused. You'll spot this one from the car park.

04 — Beer: Folk
Light beer, but make it your gran's front room. Hand-cut Polish paper flowers, wobbles and all, and a logo that looks like it's been cross-stitched. Julia Liut designed Folk as a student project, which feels slightly unfair on those of us who do this for a living. A can that looks like somebody actually cared. Top marks.

05 — Water: Paciencia
Ok, ok. It's not booze. But is this the most beautiful bottle of water you've ever laid eyes on? We think so. Hot pink and gold, with a unicorn and a meerkat gathered round a hosepipe like it's a holy well. Because that's the joke: Agua de Manguera. Hose water. Premium water finally has a sense of humour. Only a concept, sadly. Someone make it real.
