We’re delighted to have been appointed to develop the brand strategy for GreenThumb.

With over 30 years’ experience and millions of treatments carried out every year, GreenThumb is the UK’s most recommended lawn care service. Its bespoke range of products and services – including seasonal lawn feeds and weed-control – ensure they have the solution to transform any piece of grass into a healthy, fresh and beautiful lawn.

We’ve been quick to get started and work is already underway as we support the company with our suite of behaviour-led insight services.

As well as in-depth research of consumer behaviour and competitor analysis, we are getting under the skin of GreenThumb to develop a robust understanding of the market and its position.

This initial piece of work will help us to identify the most relevant and effective strategic way forward for the brand.

Our unique Behavioural Opportunities Model will be at the forefront of our approach to the brief, which will culminate in a number of audience segments that will be used to optimise future communications.

Our appointment follows conversations over several months, in which time we got to know each other and knew that we could help them in their bid to shine and grow the brand.
