I’m Lucy Proctor, and I have recently joined The Behaviours Agency as Account Manager.

I started my career working as a Producer in Video Production. My favourite part of my career has always been working with clients, so it was a natural progression to move into Account Management.

I have been an Account Manager for over 4 years now, working on brands such as Mars, Craghoppers, Tattu Restaurants and Colliers.

I have loved getting to know the whole team and my Buddy Lunch on the first day was a lovely and unique part of my onboarding. I loved Uni so I am also really enjoying learning about behavioural science and its role in making marketing more effective.

As a self confessed yogi, my favourite brand is Lululemon.

I had my first (free!) yoga class at Lululemon and soon after bought my first pair of leggings. The quality of the materials and the outstanding customer service makes them a firm favourite.

I love how Lululemon used this with their free yoga classes to build brand awareness and loyalty – I am living proof that it really does work, all my workout sets are from there!
