World Cup Hot Dogs, THE CUBE, and big ideas: A brilliant EOY Sunshine.
01 — The Strategy
We spent the morning right here in the office. We looked at the years to come, dissecting our vision, our beliefs, and our strategy. It was all about figuring out exactly how we're going to show up in our absolute best light. Completely committed to the future, and all the better for it as an employee owned company.
02 — The Inspiration Award of the month and year!
Every month the whole agency votes for their inspiration of the month based on their performance and how they have lived the agency values. The monthly winner gets a gift as a thank you. At the end of the year, all the votes are totted up and whoever has the most votes wins the Inspiration of the year award.
First up, we announced our Inspiration of the Month for June. A massive well done to Neil, Ash, and Mark for securing a joint win!
We then moved on to the big one: Inspiration of the Year. For the first time ever, we had a tie. Huge well done to our Senior Account Executive Ash, and our Senior Creative Artworker Mark. Both taking the crown this year, totally deserved.
03 —The Sausage Party
To celebrate this year's World Cup, we kicked off the afternoon with a "sausage party." Dressed in red, white, or blue, we made our own hot dogs and raised a glass of fizz to toast the year and everything we’ve achieved.
04 — The CUBE
We then headed into town to play THE CUBE. Safe to say, we all conveniently forgot exactly how competitive this agency can be. The kind of thing that makes you smile and quietly wish you'd beaten everyone else. Well done to Janey and Sam who smashed it out of the park with the highest points.
05 — Foodie Friday
To cap it all off, we all headed over to Evelyn’s for some gorgeous small plates and wine. The perfect way to wrap up such a lovely day! Here's to another year of big ideas, brave creativity, and being a place where brilliant people do the best work of their lives.
