The time has come for us to announce our employee of the Year 2020/21. It's a coveted award, not least because of the prize but also because of what it represents - it's recognition from the whole Behaviours Agency gang that you've consistently lived our values.

EMPLOYEE DEFINED VALUES

Our End of the Year (EOTY) scheme works because it was designed by our employees for our employees. Every month everyone in the agency votes for our employee of the month based on them demonstrating one of values; Client Happiness, Team Happiness, Creativity, Curiosity and Get Results.

The monthly winner gets a gift as a thank you and the votes are totted up over the year – the person with the most votes wins the EOTY award.

AND THE WINNER IS…

Janey

Janey Leonard-Myers – Senior Account Manager

I am delighted to announce that Janey has won the prize for the second year in a row! Janey has yet again delighted clients, gone above and beyond to help her colleagues and well and truly lived our values.

Here are just a few comments from the team:

“Juggling loads of client work and managing to keep everything on track while successfully managing client expectations.”

“I feel like she’s been really on it. Proactively generating ideas and taking hold of briefs.”

“Being collaborative and looking to improve work wherever possible.”

OTHER NOTABLE MENTIONS…

Well done to our runner’s up!

Very well done to this year’s runners up, Mark Griffiths, Head of Studio and Tamsin Scott, Head of Marketing. Better luck next year guys!

PUTTING WELL-BEING AT THE HEART OF THE REWARD

Our core values are around team and client happiness, it’s our vision is to be the happiest little agency in the world.

The award for the EOTY prize is therefore money that can be spent in any way that contributes to the winner’s well-being.

Janey will be spending her prize money on a holiday of a lifetime – she has amassed a tidy sum as she still has her prize money from last year as she was unable to go on holiday due to the pandemic.

Well done Janey – a huge thank you from myself and  congratulations on behalf of the whole TBA team!
