Sunshine, Guinness, and big ideas: Dublin did not disappoint

Dublin

Celebrating our EOY sunshine and crowning our employee of the year

This year, we swapped Manchester for Dublin. Why? Because it was time for our annual end-of-year Sunshine celebration – a tradition that’s half reward, half reflection, and 100% good vibes.

Over the course of a couple of days (and a couple of pints), we toasted to the brilliant people who make our agency what it is, looked back on a whirlwind of a year, and set our sights firmly on the future.

Our employee of the year!

At The Behaviours Agency we have our annual employee of the year scheme!

The scheme works like this; every month the whole agency votes for their employee of the month based on their performance and how they have lived the agency values. The monthly winner gets a gift as a thank you. At the end of the year, all the votes are totted up and whoever has the most votes wins the EOTY award.

With only one rule for how you spend your prize money – it has to contribute to your well-being.

This years winner? Our Senior Account Manager Meg!

Congratulations Meg!

Looking to the year ahead

As a team we’ve made some commitments to what we’re going to focus over the next 12 months, and that resulted us agreeing transform:

  • the way we inspire each other and our clients

  • the way we show up at every touchpoint

  • our approach to growth

So expect to see more of us – louder, prouder, and not just through our client work because it’s not enough to be brilliant behind the scenes. It’s time to step into the spotlight ourselves.

Presentation time, with a Guinness or two!

And of course…

We laughed, we danced and we ate very well.

Dublin, you were a dream. Here's to another year of big ideas, brave creativity, and being a place where brilliant people do the best work of their lives.
