Building a top of mind brand for Aggregate Industries

The Brief

How do you create stand out and memorability in a largely uninspiring sector where all brands look the same?

Design distinctive brand assets that signify the brand’s positioning and connect with what matters to the audience.

Our Approach

At the heart of Aggregate Industries’ brand is its positioning; Building Progress.

To capture this in the brand design, we identified the arrow shape at the centre of the logomark, and freed it from its constraints to act as the signifier of progression, forward momentum and the future-facing nature of the brand.

A vibrant colour palette was also created to reflect the impact Aggregate Industries has on society and beyond. The brand design also includes imagery which showcases colleagues alongside the impact the business has on wider society.

The Results

The revamped brand design for Aggregate Industries was rolled out across the entire business both internally and externally across all on and offline channels during 2022.
