Shopper marketing specialist, The Behaviours Agency has been appointed by Johnsons the Cleaners, the UK’s number one dry cleaner, to develop a new retail concept that will help grow the laundry business significantly in 2011.

As well as developing a new creative interpretation for Johnsons’ stores, The Behaviours Agency will look at the service and customer experience for its laundry services. The agency has also been briefed to deliver a collection of in-store promotional material.
