Manchester-based design agency The Behaviours Agency has strengthened its position as a specialist in shopper brand communication with the appointment of Caithaleen Moffatt from Coutts Creative in London. Caithaleen joins The Behaviours Agency with more than eleven years experience of shopper marketing from working on brands such as Dulux, Cuprinol, Disney and Hill’s Pet Nutrition. In her new role she will act as account director on SSL International and Homeform Group.
Caithaleen says: “The Behaviours Agency is truly the agency that loves to shop. It’s at the heart of everything they do and they have some fantastic brands to work with. It made the move easy for me, presenting the perfect environment to really make an impact.”
Managing director at The Behaviours Agency, Sue Benson says: “Despite fierce competition for business this year, we are continuing to build our portfolio and client base. With her passion for shopping, outstanding expertise in the area and considered approach, Caithaleen will be a valuable addition to the team.”

Celebrating three years of trading, The Behaviours Agency recently relocated to new offices in a prime retail district. Suitably positioned above a row of shops on Third Avenue, Trafford Park, the move has provided the company with a more creative space in which to grow. Sajida Raza has also been appointed to The Behaviours Agency’s growing team as office manager.

Sue Benson and Dorina Dámbrosio established The Behaviours Agency in 2006. Sue has been shortlisted for Crain’s Business Woman of the Year 2009. Creative work this year has included developing new retail concepts for Dolphin Bathrooms, 50th anniversary marketing materials for Bounty and a re-brand for children’s medicines, Medised.
