Planner


Lewis has 4 years experience as a Planner within both digital and creative agencies working with the likes of Jaguar Land Rover, The Co-operative Bank, MoneySupermarket and Sport England. His background in Consumer Behaviour means he’s passionate about unpicking why people do what they do, and helping brands use all the tools at their disposal to understand and influence behaviour.

LEWIS’ FAVOURITE BRAND:
Levi’s. I think as far as iconic brands go, they’re one of the best at keeping their finger on the pulse of culture and adapting the brand to whichever direction things are moving in. From starting out in 1853 they evolved to be icons of workwear, hippy culture, the punk movement, and now even sustainability in fashion – they’ve never been afraid to reposition who they are to ensure they remain relevant.

LEWIS’ FAVOURITE RETAILER:
I love IKEA, I think they genuinely understand their business and their customer base as good as anyone. They know how to apply behavioural thinking in-store and they know how to capture attention above the line. I love how the core values of the business are unapologetically evident through everything they do.

LEWIS’ FAVOURITE BEHAVIOURAL THEORY IS…
Social proofing. We’re social beings by nature, but I think the introduction and scale of online communities, social media and the concept of a digital self mean that psychologically (and sociologically), we’re still learning about how social proof will be impacted in a digital age.
