Our 2022 Happiness Commitments
If you want to stick to doing something “say it out loud so everyone can hear.” Behavioural science tells us that committing to something publicly drives a higher chance of you actually sticking to it. It’s simply part of our human nature to not want to be seen to fail with something we’ve made ourselves publicly accountable for.
(You can read more on the commitment bias here)
With this in mind we’re launching our 2022 Happiness Commitments. They’re more than flaky resolutions, and not to mention more rewarding, they’re personal and work commitments that will bring happiness to our team and clients throughout the year.
Here are our 2022 Happiness Commitments:
Keep up the good vibes
Make sure our team has all the resources that need to have a happy workday every day. And deliver ‘Office Vibe’ scores above 8.5
Add value every month
We will give our clients added-value insights and ideas every month. Helping to maintain our NPS score of 60.
Create preference at every opportunity
Delivering proven preference for our client’s brands, products or services, at every opportunity we have.
Do our bit to make a difference
Link our team health and wellbeing activities to how we can support charities close to our hearts. Fundraising, volunteering etc.
Inspire through creativity
Inspire others by sharing creative work that makes us happy and proud every single day.
